The Process
Stage 1
Online written submission of application outlining your previous experience, why you wish to become a mentor/coach and areas where you can provide expertise. This also includes uploading your CV.
Stage 2
Stage 2Review and shortlist following application deadline

Follow up discussion with TEF Director and a Trustee – face to face or online
Stage 4
Are you successful?
Confirm availability and capacity
Stage 5
Match with a suitable mentee and induct to start partnership

The first stage of your application is the completion of our online form which you can access here. On this form you will be asked about yourself, your previous experience and suitability to become a mentor/coach and areas of expertise where you can provide guidance.
