Richard Sved is the Founding Director of 3rd Sector Mission Control. He has worked and volunteered for charities for over 25 years, has been a Trustee for a decade, and has led the fundraising team at seven national charities, including National Literacy Trust, Girlguiding and Epilepsy Society.
He also writes a somewhat leftfield blog about a wide range of aspects of the charity sector and is always agreeably surprised to hear people read and enjoy it!
“I’m a mentor because I really enjoy doing it! Beyond the expected feel-good aspects of helping someone else in our sector to develop their craft, I gain so much from it myself, including getting a refreshing perspective on approaches to work and be successful in the sector I love.”
