Susan Booth has been Director of Fundraising for Target Ovarian Cancer since 2014, overseeing and driving a growth in income from £1.3m to over £2m. Susan has an 18 year track record of working at a senior level in a wide variety of organisations including Teenage Cancer Trust and the RSPCA as well as local hospices and animal rescues.
Susan is experienced in all types of fundraising including Major Donor, Community, Events, Legacy, Corporate, Trusts and Individual Giving. She has personally solicited six figure asks, led and developed teams based across different sites, led cultural and structural change and growth.
Susan is passionate about developing the next generation of fundraisers and ensuring the profession is one people are proud to be a part of. Having started as a volunteer many years ago, the value of the conversations had informally over the years has shaped who she is today.
